there is this trend going on with hair right now that is getting on my nerves. Which is weird because I don’t really care much about trends (I’m old) or what celebrities are doing (blah blah blah).

Anyway, it’s the whole dyeing your hair lighter on the bottom and darker on top.

So, what it basically looks like is that at one point you dyed your hair lighter than your natural color and are letting your roots grow out.

People are doing this ON PURPOSE. They are PAYING to have their hair look like that.

Here’s what you do: just dye your hair lighter (and if you REALLY want to fuck it up and do so cheaply, just use peroxide), wait half a year, and VOILA, you’re a fucking trendy mofo.

GAH. I don’t understand people.

Like I said, vapid, shallow, and something I don’t normally care about but here it is rotating in my brain at 1:12 in the morning.
